  Recently opened a business account here because I wanted to support a local bank (now that Lewiston State Bank is Alta). I've been denied multiple times trying to make purchases because of a $1k daily spending limit. Not sure if this bank realizes it or not, but $1k a day is not much, especially for a business. I've tried increasing it but that requires me to fill out a form and get approval from their officers. They were supposed to send me said form a few days ago but I've yet to receive it. Not a great experience so far with CVB

  A tradition of helping is correct. The staff helped me thru the loan process and got me rolling to start my small business. Forever thankful to them & would highly recommend them

  Cache Valley Bank has become such a valuable partner to us in our business. They have come through time and time again. They have a great understanding of real estate deals and have been great to work with, incredibly quick in underwriting, and have gone above and beyond on some bridge loans we needed. I’ve worked with Tyler Low over there and I can’t thank him enough for taking care of our financing and all the care and attention he provides to our accounts and relationship with CVB.

  This review is in regards to the mortgage side of Cache Valley Bank at 101 Main Street. Dave Webb has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. He is timely, answers all my concerns and questions and always has my back, he has shown this time and time again. They offer competitive rates and do business right. We are building our first home and we had a sit down meeting with Roy Savage, one of the uppers in the company. They truly care about everyone who they do work for. The building is gorgeous, it is older but has a ton of character. Would highly recommend.

  I don't bank here but i intend to in the future. I really appreciate the investment they've made in making Cache Valley a more beautiful place. The new buildings that have gone up in recent years really add to community aesthetically. It matters what our buildings look like as Cache Valley continues to grow!

  We recently purchased an office building and went through the process of getting an SBA loan through Cache Valley Bank. Initially I started working with Chase Bank and they were awful to work with. The worst. The loan officer had to drive up from Ogden anytime I wanted to meet and preferred to do everything over email and phone. I'm all for technology, but with something as big as purchasing a building I really wanted to meet with someone face to face who could help me out. They tried to persuade me into a different type of loan with a higher interest rate and an all around worse setup. After getting too frustrated working with them a friend who had just gone through the same process referred me to Darren & Sid at Cache Valley Bank. I was on a pretty tight deadline and Sid made time to meet with me the same day. He was super thorough and explained everything that I needed to do very clearly. So helpful. He even gave advice on structuring my offer for the building, which was completely outside the scope of his job, but he had no problem helping out. Long story short, these guys were so great to work with, made everything happen very fast and within the deadlines that I was under. They even came through at the end and helped me get more funds than we initially expected for the renovation. I will be switching all of my banking, both business and personal, to Cache Valley Bank after seeing how great it is to work with them. If you're looking for business funding and want a personal working relationship then this is the place to go. So glad that I went with them!

  If you need a bank that can get something done, Cache Valley Bank is the place. I’ve done bridge loans, flip loans, commercial real estate loans and mortgages with Cache Valley bank. They have creative solutions that big banks can’t match and small town customer service. I love working with Brent and his team on all my commercial borrowing they are fantastic!

  We were new to the valley and Tyler Low from the loan department did great work in helping us with our business ventures. Very thorough and worked to find options that worked well for us.   Having done business with Cache Valley Bank for over three decades I can’t say enough about the way they take care of their customers and personally direct me on how to improve my financial situation.
