  Kevin Bouck is a wonderful mortgage officer to work with. His knowledge of products and quick fast service (thanks Alexia) make him stand above other in his field. I love sending clients to Kevin as i know he will take care of them each and every time! Not to mention the upfront underwriting makes the purchasing process a lot less stressful. I could go on and on about Kevin and his services, but how bout instead you just give him a try for yourself!

  Great service and quick responses which is what I needed. My wife and I were buying a house across the country and Keven helped us get our loan for our first house. He did a good job and was very professional. He spent a lot of personal time working on our file because due to it being our first home with limited history we ran into some hiccups but Keven helped us get through them. The only thing that could have been better was a little explanation of what was going on. Since it was our first home I am not super familiar with the process and since I am a very detailed oriented person I love to ask questions and understand what is happening, but to others this information I could see as being annoying so over all Keven did a good job!

  Extremely unprofessional company! Besides of being a time consuming process (instead of asking for required documents all at once- w2, stubs, etc-they did one by one) they decided to pull my credit without even having a filled out application or authorization to do so. Oh what a great surprise when I got a credit report I didn’t ask for in my email! I tried contacting them and they will not give me a straight answer or correct the issue. Thank you Ms. Munk for lowering my credit when you were not even authorized to ran it!

  Amazing service oriented branch. I work nights, so having my emails responded to whenever I had questions was something that I really appreciated - and a service that was not provided by other lenders. Movement Mortgage definitely stands out above the rest. - Highly recommend.
