Since the start of the re-fi process to its conclusion, Taylor was always there to answer my questions, considering that initially we felt a little apprehensive since we were refinancing our mortgage again.   I refinanced my VA loan with 1st Rate Home Mortgage in July 2020. My initial contact was Joseph Jaoude with whom I worked throughout the process. Joseph is very knowledgeable of the industry and quite personable. He always made time to answer my questions in as much detail as I wanted. I felt that he was looking out for my best interests, and not simply making a livlng. I dropped my rate from 3.5% to 2.25% with minimal fees, which lowered my monthly payment 18%. A family member refinanced with Joseph and passed his name on to me. Now I am passing his name on to you. I highly recommend this company offering low rates, reasonable fees, and trustworthy service.   We worked with Troy Johnson on our refinance. Troy was very knowledgable with the refinancing process on our home. Troy was very personable and attentive to our needs and wants during this process. Our refinance took less than a month to complete and Troy always stayed in contact with us.   Kyle Hamilton was absolutely wonderful through out the process. He was a true professional. When I had a question, he was quick to respond. He has a pleasant personality and was very easy to talk to. Although Kyle was the person I had the most contact, there were a couple of others (don't remember names) that was professional and pleasant also. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

  I recently refinanced my house with 1St Rate Mortgage. I have to say, it was a pleasure. Tim, who was my loan officer was extremely nice and professional. It took me two weeks to go through all process with no issues what so ever. Everything was done on time, I was informed about every step of my refinance.
