  They got us approved for the highest amount at the lowest interest rate (an amount we have been easily affording for almost a year now in our new home, so they are responsible, too!) Ross was kind and personable, and made a stressful and scary experience as easy as it could possibly have been for first time home buyers. Closing was fast, well organized, and easy. We wouldn’t change a thing! Extremely happy with the whole experience start to finish.

  I'm kind of shocked at the other reviews because they don't reflect my experience at all-- 1st Priority was excellent to work with, from my initial consultation to working with my loan officer on closing! They were really quick and responsive, answered all my questions, and had me ready to close on my dream home in less than 30 days (a huge selling point for the seller in my initial offer). In such a competitive market, I was really grateful they could move so quickly. Would happily work with them again and recommend to friends and family.

  Mike Capizzi is a fantastic loan officer to work with. We recently applied for a construction loan and he has gone above and beyond, every step of the way, to not only provide exceptional service but also to make sure that we got the best product for our project and for us.   My experience with 1st priority mortgage was incredible. buying a house is extremely stressful, but Ross and Kristin made the process so easy and seamless for us. they were so patient, and answered every single one of our questions. I would recommend 1st priority mortgage to anyone!

  Very poor experience working with Emily Silipini. She was often unresponsive to calls and emails. The few times we had her on the phone, she misled us about significant details of the mortgage including which bank 1st Priority would sell our loan. I do not recommend working with them, there are plenty of friendly, responsive, and honest companies who sell mortgages.

  I had the pleasure of working with Ross Bowman at 1st Priority. He communicated with me after 5 and on weekends via phone and text. We were also updated on rates, closing costs and got cleared to close in only 22 days! I’d highly suggest calling Ross Bowman if you are looking for a new home.
