  My husband and I have used WDFCU for over two decades. The service is top-notch! I have always had a great experience with this credit union. For the last two loans we have been fortunate to have Kristie S. take care of us. She is knowledgeable, extremely patient and friendly.

  I recently refinanced my vehicle at WDCU, Shelby was my contact. This is the 2nd loan I have worked with Shelby on and I can’t say enough about how great it is to work with her. She is knowledgeable, thorough, extremely helpful went above and beyond to communicate my options. Highly recommend asking for her on your next loan inquiry!

  Kristie was amazing at her job. She was able lower my interest rate saving me money! She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable along every step of the way and understood everything! The customer service is hands down the best! They were absolutely great to deal with and made some great recommendations for banking. I would highly recommend.

  Have never used a bank for anything other than a savings/checking accounts. Western Division has been super helpful with planning finance's for the future and different service's that they have available! Couldn't be happier with my service at Western Division. Mary was super helpful and extremely polite to work with.

  This is my second bank and for a long time now I ignored the horrible customer service in person and on phone because people have bad days. I will give it to Kristie and Tony for always being professional and so nice but after my last phone call with Sarah it’s done with. Constantly being talked down too is not okay with this service. You should feel comfortable talking to people that take care of your money
