Benjamin Miller1She is great. The service provided by bank of American was atrocious. I waited for hours, couldn’t find in person help, and was charged overage fees. I was also offered a job there. I would never choose Bank of America. It’s not Kim’s fault. The bank might as well close. Some days it is. Old people have an especially hard time there. I pulled everything out and will never do business with BOA and will advise anyone who asked It’s terrible. I was offered $10 after i pulled all my money out. Seriously? That’s the bonus?? That is awful. I hope BOA can turn it around, but M&T looks to be doing well as dies Synchrony. I’ll leave the same google teview now too. So 🙁 I hate writing reviews like this. Unless they pay me I shall not change this review. I don’t care if they close because of it. 🤷🏻♂️

Arianne J5Had a great experience with the bank a manager Ousman. He was very attentive and responsive to my needs and concerns. He was very patient and took time to understand what I was looking for. The staff at this location was also welcoming and kind. With all the other locations closing, this location was great! and would recommend others to come here.

Noheli R5Visited this site a little while back to gather some information regarding opening a bank account. Spoke with the bank manager, Ousman who treated me very kindly. He did a great job answering all of my questions and was very attentive. Definitely will recommend this branch to others.

Gouthaam Gajendran1This is the most pathetic BOA branch I’ve dealt with. The branch manager has absolutely no intentions of helping customers, we needed help with a debit card issue and he asked us to call their customer service number, we needed help getting a document notarized and he told us his notary needs to leave for lunch and we should have told him sooner. The guy cares more about his employees lunch breaks at 10.45 in the morning, what a joke. We’ve received much better service being preferred clients at other BOA branches. There’s absolutely NO benefits when you walk in to a BOA branch being a preferred client. It’s probably time to rethink BOA as a whole after this, our business accounts are at M&T and I can say for certain the service is MUCH better!

Rupert J.5I walked into this branch and wanted to inquire about opening an account and I was treated with the utmost care by the branch manager, Ousman. He was attentive, answered all of my questions, and really took the time to get to know me and let me know all the options I had available to me if I chose to bank with BoA. If you want great banking service, ask for Ousman!
