  Bad communication and will get over on you if you're not careful. I will Not visit nor get anything else from them they are liars Chris and the big black woman whatever her name is. Seem like they pocket money. I've experienced and my grandmother.

  I don't know how you can call our staff liars. When you put your items in layaway they were very clear with the dollar amount that you had to pay (and remember, you chose the terms), the time period that you needed to make your payments, and the even made multiple attempts to contact you to remind you so you would not be late. They have tried to serve you as well as possible, but they cannot teach you how to manage your own money. I have informed them that we will not be doing any more business with you. We wish you well.

  Tarsha and Loren were very helpful. They even helped calm down a mad customer over the phone while helping me in a good time frame.

  Thank you! Mr. Chris and his crew are one of a kind, I forgotten about my payment and Chris didn't let me loose my pawned jewelry. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was contacted and able to make the payment. Thank you Chris and Tosha for your due diligence.

  Have to share, simply due to what I perceive as ignorance and entitlement... The gentleman, Kier... Sir, you come across as invincible and audacious. I shop at this particular store regularly. I, for the past 16 months, have been highly appreciative of their efforts to maintain health and safety standards. The onus of providing a mask, falls on you! My family has several members with compromised immune systems. Despite the fact we have all been vaccinated, I still can't trust that others in the community, have the same standards of ensuring protection of self and others. The arrogance portrayed in your particular review, speaks volumes for your character sir.

  No admittance without mask after mask requirement lifted. No masks for customers to use or buy. Will not accept vaccination card. Not very accommodating and unwilling to help. Can't see their own flaws. Very closed minded. Last time I shop here. Bonus: They replied to my review by reviewing me. Lowered teview to One Star. These people love an argument. Stay away because you'll never win against ignorance.

  If I'm so sorry that you are unhappy with our caution and concerns. There are several other businesses that maintain this standard. We have some compromised immunity concerns in our stores for our employees. You may feel like you are invunerable, but not everyone does. Sorry to see you go.
