  I do appreciate the work that Natasha Credit service has done for my account however, there are a couple things that I am displeased with such her lack of communication and to keep appointments when scheduled. A client should not schedule a check In and call to have to remind her that she has an appointment with them. Also the monthly follow ups that were txtd notifying the client the progress their account is making just stopped. Furthermore being educated on different things to help improve my credit profile was never discussed or recommended, I had to take initiative and research things on my own that would help my account that I feel she should have had knowledge of. The communication and education wasn’t consistent and needs to be improved.

  This year was a tricky tax year for filing taxes. I am so happy and beyond grateful for finding Natasha’s tax services! Not only was she super knowledgeable and professional but she was so nice. She made sure she explained everything and that I fully understood it all. I will definitely be using her services in the following years and referring her to everyone I know! Thank you again!

  Natasha's credit services have helped me tremendously on building my credit and helping me maintain it so that my credit score doesn't fluctuate. I have been with Natasha's credit service for 1 1/2yrs now and I must say Natasha and her staff are the best at what they do! Very professional and respectful of their clients!

  Natasha is amazing and the work she does is amazing. She helped me get my credit to a good place. I was really skeptical at first until I started seeing the stuff come off of my credit report. I highly recommend people go to her if they’re trying to get their credit together

  Natasha is such a wonderful person to work with. Once you start working with her to improve your credit. You will definitely get results.   Just when I was about to give up Tasha Jones came through on this credit. Now every time I check my portal that score keep progressing. Y’all trust the 90 days. Do your part as well. You definitely will see results by your 90 days. 🤞🏾🔥

  As my year comes to a close working with NCS, I must say I am pleased with the betterment of my credit from the help of Natasha and her staff! From day one, Tasha was professional and remained professional despite me working every nerve she has...lol.   I have been using the services for almost 4 months. Tasha and her team have had great communication. I noticed a major rise in my credit score by my 2nd month. By the third month, I had a triple digit rise. My goal is to be house shopping by the end of the year and I am well on my way.
