  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK!! I should have known better when one of their own loan officers stated they went elsewhere to get their car loan...🤔 If course made up some ridiculous excuse as to why not... However, I didn't listen to the whisper and went along with the application... Mind you, I just not to long ago got a car loan and personal loan and if you know how the system works you have to wait a few months until you can get another... Anyway.... I know that I have good enough credit and payment history or I would not have been approved for those, however, they gave me some lame excuse about things from 2014/2017 one of which was written off in a Bankruptcy that my aunt filed and had taken care of on get credit which clears it on mine, and student loans that are currently in good standing...... So, if you know you are credit worthy DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. GO where you will be recognized as such.... Also, while everyone else was leaving they were sent along with salutations, I guess we were invisible although they were looking right at us.... I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY AWAY...

  I realize we are still dealing with COVID however, when you have 3 open lines in the drive thru and 20 cars in those lines, you need to be moving more than 1 car every 15 minutes. I've been waiting for 45 minutes and only 3 cars have moved. If you are going to do all banking through the drive thru, have one line for quick transactions so those of us that only want to cash a check, aren't late getting back to work from their lunch break. You have had a year to figure this out. Get it together. I don't bank here and after this experience, I never will. If I was not blocked in, I would have left 30 minutes ago.

  I got to the drive thru at 5:50 on a Friday and I was really pushing it. I was there until 6:20 to drop a deposit. And there were only 3 cars in front of me when I got there. Then I realized there was only 1 teller doing the drive thru. It seems the drive thru would have several tellers especially on a Friday.

  The WORST Truliant to in Greensboro. When you get to the intercom no one greets you, acknowledges that you're there or asks you what you would like to do. The wait time is ALWAYS EXTREMELY LONG. And you can tell the employees are just over it. The one on Jefferson or new garden is always pleasant, friendly and straight to the point but will always assist you further if needed.

  last 2 times i have went thru the drive thru and deposited money they put it in checking instead of savings or they put it in savings instead of my prefered line.i have to go online and fix there mistake because they do not have the attention span to look at deposit slip and log it into the right account.You have to check behind them folks or they will screw up your account.

  Worst experience of your life. The parking attendant is the absolute worst, especially since it's a sheriff. Will try to trespass you for not following their terrible directions. Don't even bother going here. Sheriff is probably there because they don't trust their own customers. Does that really seem like a place of business that wants you there.

  Drive thru? More like Crawl thru. I dread having to come to this bank. Every time I come through the drive through line it's at least a 40 minute wait. I would have no issues getting out of the car to go into the branch to do my banking if it was open. If there were an option for 0 stars, that would be too many to give. 🙄🥵

  I used to absolutely love this credit union. The customer service and bank service has gotten ridiculous. Was in elm-eugene st branch today, already waiting and one of two tellers decided it was break time for him I guess. Will be closing accounts when everything is switched over.

  My interaction has been not good. Went to open up a business account and the representative look at my account and offer to refinance my car at a better rate. I said ok all that was good until I saw a delay in the refinancing so I called I was told oh yeah I need this so i sent it then call a week later to check status oh yeah we still need this not one phone call to tell me what they needed until I call. Finally the payout was sent and she sent the wrong payout so now I'm responsible to pay my old finance company and truliant. All I ever hear I'm sorry, sorry doesn't mean anything to me unless you stop making mistakes.

  Terrible service at the windows!!! I understand there is social distancing but train your employees!!! Don’t just hire someone that can count to ten! It’s always a 30-45 min wait time no matter the time of day. Fire someone and if you don’t have enough employees maybe you should have a better hiring process!!
