Her friendliness and customer service overall was outstanding! The Summit Credit Union, give that woman a raise because I have never had such kindness when dealing with loans and accounts.   Marshall at the Summit Credit Union on South Elm Eugene in Greensboro was great! He took the time to explain the process of my loan application, set realistic expectations, and checked in on me through out the process. His level of customer care is the reason why I continue to be a member of Summit.

  Ms. Allen was absolutely the best to work with. She went above and beyond and found my car for me. She made the loan process easy and she was upbeat and happy all the time.   I just refinance my car loan and Marshall was very great for a first time car owner I didn’t know what to do I was very scared that I didn’t know the proper way to say what it is I wanted and Marshall walk me through the process he was very Patient very kind and just really walked me through there I would recommend 10/10 Marshall is very awesome thank you he made the process less scary 😊
