  Michael and team got my file after I had an unexpected delay from Chase. Once I spoke with him, his team worked quickly to get my file under review. I am so grateful that I went with The Mortgage Hub because my deal closed 10 days earlier than anticipated! Level of responsiveness was excellent and the choices for rates offered were very competitive.   Michael and his team at the Mortgage are very ethical, communicative and genuinely care about their clients. There are lots of moving parts in buying a home, and it can be confusing for first time buyers (or even seasoned buyers).
