  So far no MAJOR issues with SCCU. Improvements are needed. Deposit Taking ATM in the CORAL GABLES LOCATION IS A MUST! No Deposit Taking ATM's unless you drive to Homestead. Phone Application looks a bit outdated. POPMONEY ??! Takes 4 days to transfer money to someone else. Space Coast Credit Union, please consider using ZELLE, we are still in the good ol’ USA!

  Poor customer service. They think they superior and looks like bothers them that you ask questions. Nobody were born knowing everything. Besides they let a confusing payroll agency withdrawals money from my business account, after I reported I wanted to canceled because I don't trust how the process went, it was fishy. I work under self-employment. And as a new business I was just getting information how payroll works. The staff recommended me a lady that is link to the bank. I end up find out as a self-employed I don't need pay roll. End up the history the bank allowed the agency stole money two times from my business account, after I reported what it was happening to me, and like to open a new account to protect it. But they answered me I should be fine, if I cancelled the service with them, which I did right away. The manager bank called me and said there is nothing they can do.

  THE WORST BRANCH EVER! I have an auto loan with space coast for the past 5 years & everything has been going perfectly fine until i decided to come to this Horrible branch. on July 2017 I went to this branch (2333 salzedo Street) for the first time to make my Loan Payment. the staff received my payment & I approved the total amount on the screen but he didn't give me any receipt, because I was in a hurry i didn't even care so i left. three weeks after my car gets REPOSSESSED! I was like "WHAT THE F**K!!! I made my payment three weeks why is it being repossessed?" I called SCCU and they said no payment was made... THANK GOD i always write in my checks (car payment & date) so i had a copy of the deposited check. I spoke with this really nice guy on the phone and he told me i had to go to the branch and talk to the Manager. I immediately went to the branch to talk to the manager Raisa Sebastian & she helped me with no problem she told me that the Staff moved the money to "my Savings account" which I didn't even know i had a Saving account & never in the past 5 years used it. she told me the staff made a "mistake" and they were going to fix the problem. I was at the branch from 10:00am to 5:00pm she managed to fix the problem and I was able to pick my repossessed car without paying anything obviously because it wasn't my fault (all the way to Hollywood! & car got repossessed in Downtown Miami) Now another problem... on September 25th 2017 (yesterday) I go to the same branch to make my payment I ask the staff member for the total pay off amount of the loan Because I only have 3 months left... When he Says 1,352.36 I was Like WHAT!! (my total as off August $771.00) why did the loan charged $600 out of no where? staff asked me if my car got Repossessed? and i told him the same story. I had to go AGAIN and talk to the manager Riza (this time she had an attitude) they didn't even know what was going on so she called credit department... she said no one answers so She was going to call me so i didn't have to wait. she NEVER Called and now today September 26 I've been calling her and she Rejects my calls.

  Spoke to someone named Vincent Pinto. He was not helpful at all. Horrible representative. I always thought Space Coast was a great credit union and very helpful but this person completely changed my opinion about it.

  The branch is fine but they had no website to make online car loan payments. And, if you have an emergency and want to pay with a credit card, you have to go into the branch.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS CREDIT UNION! POOR COSTUMER SERVICE! I spoke to "Brenton" at extension 5142 to refinance a loan. Not only was this associate rude, he did not know the details of his own product (perhaps why he became defensive). After asking simple questions, he became highly agitated and asked to put us on a brief hold. This hold then went on for about 15 minutes before he hung up the call. Unfortunate experience.

  As of their new update in 8/2019, they removed the access to be able to contribute biweekly payments to your loans without any notification!

  Friendly staff but awful parking...if you can walk there, great. If not, then youre gonna walk alot anyways...

  If you park in the parking garage and ask them to stamp your ticket, parking is free.
