  I just wanted a break down of any title fees that are required to do a refinance in SC. I was told she can't share any fees with me unless the customer is around. I am not trying to get any customer information. I just want to know what is the settlement fee, title policy costs, any endorsements that are required in the state, and approximate recording costs. Basically what fees are charged when doing a loan in the state of SC. I really don't feel like a generic question like this requires that I need to give my customers information over to them. Maybe I don't understand the rules of SC but if you can't give me a generic break down of costs you are probably doing something shady in my opinion.

  These people are a joke I paid my car off in Feb and its May still havent recieved my Title Back called DMV and they havent even done the paperwork ... Amy the so called manager has told me since March that the title got lost in the mail then told me it will take 17 days then told me that the paperwork for DMV was wrong well i guess it was wrong when you havent done it I would never recommend anyone to them ... RIP OFF!!! They will be talking to my attorney

  Loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Quita and Jai was very helpful,seeing that this was my first loan they answered all my questions and I truly felt comfortable receiving a loan from them. I will be doing business with them in the near future plus they told me about the referral program so I can make money as well. Best decision EVER!!!

  2 words..Jenny Wall...sub human.. Terrible..Just terrible..Any company that's let's someone like this represent them. Is questionable. I will never do business with these people again & I will educate any and all to just go in another direction
