  As I have always done with previous mortgage companies, I forwarded my tax bill to them when I received it so they could pay it. The following month I noticed my escrow account was negative. Upon investigation I see they made my annual tax bill twice. Easy fix, right? Wrong... I called and 3 days later they admitted to the mistake. Instead of refunding my money they told me they would refund me once the state refunded them. How does that make sense? Then I received a notice my payment was going up due to the escrow account being in the negative! it took theme over 90 days to refund my escrow account, oh, and my payment still isn't back to what it was. Scam? you decide. Unless you're unlucky like me and your mortgage is sold to them, don't do business with them.

  Just got transferred to RoundPoint, which was disappointing since our previous loan serviced was amazing. However, after speaking with Lee at RoundPoint, I feel much better about it. Very helpful in helping get me set up with an online account, and I'm thrilled that they offer free recurring payments as an option (one advantage over our last provider). Will report back if things change - but just thought I'd add a positive review for those who are scared and have just been transferred...

  Fabia was wonderful. I haven't had any issues at all with Roundpoint. They refinanced my loan and have been superb. When a complex question came up, Fabia took charge and worked out all the details. What a great job.

  I was talking to a nice man from Dallas, TX and his personality was a delight. Unfortunately, the phone line hung up before I could leave my experience. Hopefully, we can have some blue crabs one day together. :)

  I had a great experience with RoundPoint mortgage Company in refinancing my current mortgage. I got a better rates and very good customer service than anywhere else. Everything that was delivered on time and very cost efficient. I will recommend RoundPoint Company to all my friend for refinancing. If you are OK of using computer to submit all required documentation you will get your approval in no time. From beginning to the end it took 40 days to get a new mortgage. ( you should also note it was around two major holidays - Christmas and New Year)

  My last call, to discontinue my direct debit of my monthly mortgage payment (I’d recently refinanced with Freedom Mortgage), was taken care of effortlessly by a courteous agent in a minimum of time; a real pleasure. Thanks Tim.

  I just spoke to someone at Round Point Mortgage. I was so looking forward to leave review. For some reasons the recording did not get it and we were disconnected. The gentleman deserves a 5 star review. He was knowledgeable and very patient. Unfortunately I forgot his name. I am sorry.
