  I'm not one to leave reviews typically, but I feel that this is an ideal place to say thank you to the staff at the Fort Mill location. During a visit to their office yesterday, I had a rather upsetting (and hindsight concerning) interaction with another client of the bank. In the end, it left me rather shaken up and obviously upset. The staff, and I'm sorry I didn't catch all of their names, as well as another customer, witnessed the situation and were very comforting. They made sure to let the management team know what took place and were wonderful at calming me. Management made sure to reach out to me and Michelle, even sat down with me and offered so many kind words. In a moment of seeing how truly awful people can quickly become, the staff and the other customer there were quick to show a light of compassion and kindness. I realize this isn't a review of their banking procedures (and all of my banking with Family Trust has been a wonderful experience) but to know that they truly care about their clients as individuals in such a caring way speak volumes to who they are as people and a company. Thank you so much! I am a forever loyal customer!

  Brittany Kennedy was wonderful and pleasant. She assist me with setting up my account. Her personality is phenomenal. Definitely will recommend Brittany at the Fort Mill location for all your banking needs. Thank You Brittany for your excellent customer service.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience was excellent! I went to Family Trust for a vehicle loan and from the moment I walked in everyone was super welcoming. Normally dealing with loan departments is an awful process but Andres made the process easy! This was by far the smoothest loan process I’ve ever experienced! :)

  ASHTON WHITE gave me the best customer service. She definitely went above and beyond and I be ready to leave family trust but she was the perfect employee because I’m staying with family trust because of her! I never had that type of great customer service and she was customer service over the phone so I just have to give her a shout out since I can’t give her an in person recognition

  I cannot endorse Family Trust more! I’ve been banking with Family Trust for many years and they never let me down. Today, I walked into the Fort Mill branch and worked with Michelle Nelson on setting up an auto loan. Ms. Nelson got me taken care of right away - I didn’t expect to walk out with a check for the dealership, but I did! A special thanks to Ms. Nelson for her superior customer service and getting me squared away being that there were a couple of “twists” associated with this loan. My only wish is Family Trust did a commercial accounts too. Thank you Family Trust for your continued good service!

  I contacted Michelle Nelson at the Ft. Mill branch to get an auto loan for my step daughter. My experience couldn't have been better. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and didn't everything possible to help us through the process. I highly recommend Family Trust Credit Union and Michelle for all of your banking needs.

  We recently have did a refinance on our home and took out a loan for a car. We cannot say enough about Denise Holmes and her Team at Family Trust. The whole team kept us informed of their progress the whole time. When they needed something we were able to get it to them very quick. The process needed to be completed in a short time period due to certain circumstances. They were able to get everything done when it needed to be done. We have recommended family members to go to there for their loans. If we ever need anything else we know we can count on Denise and her team at Family Trust.

  Both myself and my boyfriend Chris have had nothing but amazing experiences at this branch. I am a long time member who referred my boyfriend and they treated him amazingly when he refinanced his car with them. They are always knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I personally will take my banking nowhere else, and will continue to have car loans with them. The fort mill branch is now my closest branch and I am happy with the change, as everyone is pleasant and helpful. Thank you Fort Mill Branch for making my referral a great one, I think you have found yourself a new member thanks to your A+ experience!!!

  I've been a member since my first job in my teens. Now my wife and I just refinanced our car and home with shorter terms, better interest rates for both, and smaller payments! Can't say enough good things and I recommend Family Trust to anyone who will listen. It's also nice to be able to see all your accounts together instead of having to log in to multiple sites/apps to see everything.
