  From beginning to end, we were very satisfied with Zook and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Matt A. was incredibly patient and accommodating, especially during the planning phases. The staff was always very responsive and helpful. When construction began, we loved seeing pictures posted each day, and then a video walkthrough. When the house arrived, we were pleasantly surprised in more than one way. The quality was even better than we hoped. There are little, unexpected things we love (the wide windowsills, the black door hinges) plus all the big things (the beauty of the floors, walls, cupboards, etc.). The ease of installation and quick set-up was also impressive. People that have visited are amazed that such a beautiful house was shipped to us in 2 pieces from PA. We are absolutely delighted and love our new home!

  Our dream came true this week. I honestly cried as Zook pulled into our drive to deliver our Park Cabin RV. As a Contractor and an Interior Designer, I can really appreciate the level of skill of their carpenters. The rancher layout is very well done.It maximizes the 400sf floor plan incredibly. Appreciate the help from Zook as this can be a stressful purchase. Worth the wait, don’t settle, buy a Zook.

  I was very impressed though out the process with Zook Cabins. From the sales and design part with Allen to the installation with Mike and his crew. They all were very professional, helpful, and friendly. They hit every timeline set on the construction and on the install. The quality of the cabin is absolutely incredible and unmatched. They actually even added some extra stubbed plumbing for the unfinished upstairs which I did not order. I also had a small issue that they immediately help me resolve and paid the bill for it.   Zooks cabins did an outstanding job of building our cabin and installing it at the site location in West Virginia. Their quality of work is incredible and they delivered our dream cabin! Everything about the process was smooth and Matt was very pleasant to work with. He understood our needs and exceeded them! I would recommend this company to anyone that has a dream of having their own cabin!

  We are so happy that we were able to get a Sierra Park Model Cabin from Zook's. Matt was extremely patient and responsive to my emails. He did his best to answer my questions throughout the process. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, and the driver was amazing at maneuvering the cabin into place. We can't wait to enjoy our cabin with our family!

  In October 2020 my original cabin in the Rocky Mountains burned down in the East Troublesome fire. I decided to go with Zook Cabins to avoid competing with limited construction resources in the area after the fire. All the way from Pennsylvania to Colorado Zook delivered everything they said they would, and when they said they would, for our new home build. Allan Fisher, the sales rep, was a pleasure to work with as we designed the home and sealed the deal. Communication was great every step of the way and he and Jason Fisher, the project manager, worked with me to meet my crazy foundation build schedule in preparation for the cabin set. Michael and his crew that built and installed the cabin were also top notch. The install had a few hiccups, as my driveway posed a significant challenge, but together we worked around them and completed the set. I’m very impressed by Zook’s commitment to my total satisfaction. Great people and great company to work with.

  We can't say enough about the group at Zook Cabins! Their quality and workmanship are second to none! Our representative Allan Fisher worked with us from start to finish and was very helpful guiding us through the process. Mike & his crew that put the cabin up were the best craftsmen we have ever been around. We would like to tell everyone at Zook Cabins how much we appreciate their professionalism and workmanship. We received everything we were promised and more. We love our new home!

  I literally can not say enough good things about Zook Cabins. Not only do we LOVE our new home, but dealing with Allan was great. He is so knowledgeable, courteous, professional and enjoyable to work with. Best of all, he stays in constant communication with you, which is very important to us. If you call him and he's not there, he'll get back to you very quickly, emails, same day and usually right away. The quality of our home is more than we could have imagined. Not only are we in love with it, but everyone who sees it immediately wants to know how they can get one too. Allan worked with us every step of the way, from customizing, modifying and working with us until we got exactly what we wanted. With Zook Cabins, they are very clear with what you are getting and what you need to provide. We didn't have to shop around for light fixtures, sinks and faucets, counter tops or flooring, though you can sub out anything you want. The set crew was also fantastic. These guys really know what they're doing and they don't leave until you are completely satisfied. If you are looking for a log cabin, you would be crazy to go anywhere but Zook Cabins.

  If you are looking for a cabin my husband and I would highly recommend Zook Cabins to build it. From the very beginning, we have had excellent communication with them. We were wanting a cabin on our family property in Kentucky. I found Zook through a google search. I emailed them on a Thursday evening to gather some information. Allan Fisher responded in less than 24 hours and throughout the weekend we exchanged a half dozen emails. He answered every question quickly and thoroughly. Since the cabins were built offsite and everything was done online, we wanted to visit one to see if it was something we would be interested in having. We lived in Georgia and Allan put us in touch with a couple who were having a cabin set. They graciously allowed us to come and see it firsthand. They had nothing but positive things to say about Allan and Zook Cabins. We were very impressed with it and at that point decided to move forward with our cabin. Allan helped us with the custom options we wanted and continued to answer every question quickly. He even set it up so that we could go and visit the shop where it was being built. Ammon and his crew there were very welcoming and also answered all of our questions. Allan helped us with what we needed to have done before the cabin arrived on site. Once it arrived the young men who were there to set it work 12-hour days and within two weeks they had finished setting it. Once we were able to get in and check it out, we noticed some things that needed to be addressed. Allan was quick to get ahold of the shop and within two weeks the shop sent out Stephen who fixed everything to our satisfaction. This whole experience with Zook has been easy. They have been completely professional and truly care about their customers.

  We are so happy with our new custom Frontier cabin! Matt at Zook Cabins did a great job explaining and communicating with us throughout the entire process. We completely changed an existing cabin design to meet our needs and Matt was patient with our every modification. Delivery day was amazing. The drivers were highly skilled getting our cabin placed on the foundation. And the team of on-site builders led by Sam were so talented, courteous, and hard-working. We love our cabin and highly recommend Zook Cabins to anyone looking to build a special place to make memories. Thanks again to Matt and the entire Zook team.
