  I do/have recommended Citadel and credit unions in general since I opened my account here when they opened this branch. I appreciate the difference between a credit union and a savings bank now. I have had only good experiences with personal interaction at the drive-through and inside. Some of their policies (like paying the largest payment in the queue first during times of potential overdraft, instead of in order of actual transaction) seem more like money making schemes to defile the poor in times of hardship than service, but I suppose making money is the name of the game.

  Truly 5 star service. Every thing is designed for convenience and ease of service. I was relatively happy with my old bank, citadel is the best by far.💪💪
