  Zoe was everything we could ask for and more from a professional Mortgage Advisor. She was so patient and always available when we had questions. I felt like she gave us undivided attention, and I never felt rushed with her. A lot of things with the housing market are kind of difficult to understand if you're not used to working with numbers, figures, and percentages. She broke down the real estate lingo into layman's terms that were a lot easier for me to understand. She was always so pleasant and upbeat.   Zoe is an absolute superstar. We refinanced our home loan through her and she was extremely proactive, highly responsive, and basically everything you want and need in a loan broker. She cared deeply about educating me on the details of the refinance process, and was primarily concerned with my comfort and understanding. While she is friendly and laid back, Zoe takes her job very seriously and is a consummate professional.

  We absolutely loved working with Zoe to refinance our mortgage. She was very professional, knew her stuff -- and explained the legalese stuff clearly. She was clear with all of the paper work and with her messaging. We never had to wait long to hear back from her, whether it was by text, email, or over the phone. Zoe was a pleasant presence when a (masked)face-to-(masked)face meeting was called for. Smile inducing banter when the work was out of the way. All in all, Zoe was the perfect match for us to work with -- an absolute delight!

  We could not have gotten through our home buying process without Zoe!!! As first time home buyers, we asked a lot of questions and Zoe was able to clearly walk us through each step and ensure we were prepared for everything making the process as quick and seamless as possible.   Awesome lender and great to work with. Communication is key, especially these days, and Zoe is always available when I need her. And that is truly important in this industry. The clients we have worked with together always comment on that professional level she provides and clear communication. Buying a home can be challenging and hard to navigate, so it is important that you feel comfortable with your team of professionals. Education during this process is also key, so Zoe has a Mortgage Monday video educating home buyers and sellers every week, which I find helpful as well to understand what your clients are going through in a real estate transaction.
