  Dwayne was amazing for us. We are first-time real property owners, and had gotten a lot of advice from friends who have gone through this process several times. They told us what to watch out for, and what should be expected from a good loan officer. Dwayne exceeding all of those suggestions we received. Further, when we told our experienced friends of Dwayne's care and attention, they assured us that he was the exception to the loan officer rules.
