  Tai is one of those folks that's on my A-team. Referred to him by our real estate agent at the time when we purchased our first home, he helped us with our initial mortgage and any subsequent re-finances. Tai is our go-to for anything home loan related. He and his staff are courteous, prompt with replies, and answer all of our questions in an easy-to-understand manner. I don't even bother to shop elsewhere.

  I worked with Victor Romero at Sant Cruz Lending Group recently to refinance my home. He came highly recommended and I am very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him. Victor is a wealth of information, friendly and efficient and was truly an advocate throughout the refi process. He kept me informed every step of the way and kept my application moving forward which wasn't easy during Covid19 sheltering in place requirements. If I purchase another home or refinance in the future, I hope that Victor is still in the business. He really is tops!
