  Customer service won’t help us. We’ve spoken to 5 people and they all have different stories. They added his information wrong and charge us a NSF fee for payment declining. And no one won’t let us talk to a manager. We just want to do the 90 pay off and have the account set up correctly. Management please reach out.

  I have a credit score in the upper 700’s and they tried to hit me with a 200% interest rate. Shady practice. Do yourself a favor and use your credit card.

  I have used Zo Financial twice now since February and it was a phenomenal experience! Zo made it so easy to; a) get approved in literally minutes! b) set up a workable payment schedule c) make purchases worth thousands of dollars without breaking the bank! The online system they use was very simple and user friendly. You can adjust your payment amounts and schedule new ones very easily. The customer service team was incredibly helpful when I had questions. Zoey, their communication system is very convenient and helps you not forget to make payments. 10/10 for Zo Financial!
