  Used them for my mortgage in 2017 and to refi in 2022, both times were great experiences. Communication was top notch, they did everything they could to work on rates and find options. Having a portal to e-sign all docs and upload anything they need was awesome.

  We decided to refinance our home and take advantage of the low interest rates. First Rate Financial was recommended to us. We have been overwhelmingly happy with their service and communication throughout the process. Going through this process during Covid could have been awful but Nicolle at First Rate was amazing. They sent us a video explaining the process and if it was worth it to refinance. They would send us an email every week explaining where they were in the process even if there was nothing new to report. They laid out what to expect and how long the process would take. I would completely recommend them. We could have gone with any bank to refinance but the customer service we received, the amazing communication and attention to detail would not have been given at a bank. They make you feel like your loan is the only one they are working on. The weird part is I have never met any of them in person but feel like I know them all so well.

  This company is amazing from start to finish. They constantly gave us updates and we’re able to get our refinance done so quickly. All of the staff were so wonderful to work with but Regina is our favorite she’s a rockstar with keeping you up to date on the process and everything you’re needing to turn in to keep things moving. We used this place when we originally bought our house and again amazing crew start to finish! If you have lender needs I highly recommend using First Rate!

  10/10 Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any finance company. First rate did a great job keeping me in the loop with what was going on with my home purchase.   I turned to Nicole and her team for help with a simple refinance, after five months of repeated delays and minimal communications with my existing mortgage lender. It took the exceptional team at First Rate Financial five weeks to close on my refinance and they were in communication with me constantly.   We used First Rate at the recommendation of our Realtor, and the experience was great. After a pretty length online application, I received a phone call from the broker the next morning, and he went over the rates, terms, etc., and gave us our conditional approval. When that deal fell through, we found a new house and received a fast conditional approval, and less than 30 days later we are living in the house. The online portal made submitting documents fast and easy, and whenever I had a question the staff was very friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend without hesitation.

  A life saver after a bad experience with a first lender. When they called and told me everything outright, I just about cried because of the response time and honesty compared to the first. They were amazing the whole way though my first home buying experience and answered every question I had in a quick manner. Highly recommend!
