  Katie Jan is FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough positive things about our home buying experience with Katie as our loan officer. She is knowledgeable, communicates in a timely manner (no matter what time of day you are asking a question!), and explains the process in a way that people who aren't in real estate sales can understand. She kept us informed every step of the way in our home buying process and made sure to obtain all necessary documents and information in advance so our closing could happen smoothly and on schedule!
