  My experience with Nissan of Orland has always been stellar, from purchase to service. The service department manager, Lee worked with me to get discounted rates for my service (2 oil changes and a CV boot replaced). Their customer orientation is stellar, and Elliot, our advisor, kept us in the loop the entire time. He even sent me a picture of the part of my car that needed repair. Thanks, Lee for the outstanding service!

  Probably the best Nissan dealership I have visited. Tony checked me in and gave updates as the day went on my vehicle. Once my car was done. I picked it up and I love the fact that they bring the car to you. The standards are much higher here at Orland Nissan. Only thing they need to do is update their phone number in google. It doesn’t work.

  The man work at part he just didn't have the mood to sell me what I was needed he said he don't have access to VIN for infinity.

  What should have been a simple and pleasant transaction, turned into a negative experience. I visited this Nissan dealership on 7/6/21, for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection, since I plan on driving to Pittsburgh later this week and wanted to make sure everything looked good (it's about 868 miles round trip). Once the mechanic was done with all three items, another employee proceeded to drive my car out of the garage area so that it could be washed. (Which I now question how thoroughly everything was checked, since it was all done so quickly.) An accident occured when another employee in a different Nissan backed up into my vehicle. Thankfully there were no scratches or dents caused, but it did bend my front license plate, which they fixed before giving me back my vehicle. It just seemed like the whole process was rushed and not done with care. Once I got back into my vehicle, the mechanic had not even put any type of sticker in the corner of the windshield to let me know when my next oil change was due. They always do this at the South Holland Nissan location. This was my first and most likely last visit to this location - I'd rather wait a little longer and have things done correctly than done in a careless way that causes damage to my car or that of another owner.

  Best dealership I have ever had to deal with. They will work with you to make a deal and assure you are getting the best service to their abilities. I worked with Djamal and he was pleasant to do business with and even called me to follow up with my purchase to ensure I was happy with it. The finance people are also not like what you’d expect from a dealership and easy to talk to, answered all my questions and also made my payments be comfortable enough to where I’d want to purchase the vehicle. Needless to say, I’ve purchased several Nissan vehicles from Berman in Niles and Ziegler will be my go to dealership from now on.

  So I made a appointment for 10 am. For the sport bottom and oil change. Waited 4 hrs to just get the oil change DIDN'T fix the main problem. Never, Never, Never will go back. And will make sure to share my experience with everyone.😡

  I can only rate the service dept at five stars. Sales on the other hand is another thing... They made promises that have not been carried out. So far sales is at three stars with room for improvement.

  Nissan of Orland Park needs to have markers on the floor for social distancing. They also need to actually dust, there was quite a bit of dirt behind the computers as well as other visible debris. They also need to sanitize between customers. I didn't see any areas cleaned after the customers left tables or chairs. I even observed a customer seating at a table with her mask below her chin and she wasn't eating or drnking.

  My visits here are always pleasant . I stay in calumet city and Orland is a bit of a drive but worth it. Keep in mind that two Nissan dealerships are close by but.. Past experiences keeps me here.
