  I attempted to work with a rep on a small banking issue. She kept her tone and energy low but was very successful in being rude and passive aggressive. She also entertained another customer at her desk while providing my personal information on the phone to a bmo rep. I could visibly access the other customers banking info which was laid out on her desk.

  Customer service is TERRIBLE at this location. I was at the teller booth waiting to complete a transaction for 15 minutes last Saturday. This Saturday is was actually 25 minutes sitting in my car!!! I was the first of three cars at the time, and the last to be serviced. They actually started closing the blinds like they were ready to go home. No apology for the incredibly long wait either. THIS BANK SUCKS!

  While sometimes there can be long waits, the customer service is great! Very efficient and apologetic for any wait! Bankers and tellers give pleasant service! It's not very nice that even they have to wait so long for their own customer service by phone. All in all, this is a great branch!

  Friendly but it takes them so long for every transaction. I have an account at another bank and their system is much faster. I also do t like that they charge a maintenance fee each month. I may switch soon.

  Your bank is useless. Why did the drive thru close at 4pm when the website says 6? Thanks for being inconvenient.

  I have to come here very frequently for work purposes, and even when they have no cars in the drive through I’m waiting for at the very least 20 minutes. At first I thought things were just tough there, but it’s clear to me now they just don’t have a clue what they are doing.

  Just tried withdraw money from my business account from a teller, but was told I couldn’t because the funds show pending. It’s a DIRECT DEPOSIT!!!!

  Omg they work horrible deposit your money in different accounts & when you inquire about this they have No answer . I don't suggest to go in this bank at all Wasting time & hard work money. Same
