  i actually liked this place for buying electronics for a decent price. however, recently i was sold a asus laptop and a week later the screen went black i took it back up there and explained to two employees that the thing just went out (which was true) the manager took the laptop and told me he would call me and let me know something. Now it has been two weeks and i called them. the manager said he did me a favor by looking at it and he cant find the issue basically that it did nOt just go black. then i tell him i am a college student it goes to school and back on my desk on top of that you were there upon sale on fact you gave me a mouse for it why did you not call and let me know something? he said to bring the receipt in and we can go from there however if its more than 30 days there is nothing he could do. HE HELD THE MF FOR TWO WEEKS HECK YEAH ITS BEEN BEYOND 2 WEEKS NEVER AGAIN OWE AND THANKS BECAUSE I LOST MY MIDTERM ASSIGNMENTS THAT TOOK ME SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEMESTER TO PUT TOGETHER

  My cuz Bought Gucci watch for $3200 four years ago , band broke and sold to me ,I pay $300 for new Gucci band , haven't been a month yet , and band broke , now they don't want to replace saying I broke it . Not only cussing me out and I did not cuss at him once . On top of that they want tell me what online they purchase it from, meaning it wasn't the Gucci store. Getting my stuff and file a law suit so they can reveal where they bought it from and the reason why he cuss at me and pull his blind down while I was still talking to respectfully

  I took 3 rings to Zeidman's pawn shop. When I went back to get them out, they stole one of my rings and replaced it with an old ugly ring that I have never seen before in my life. I am so upset. I never thought they would do something like this. My ring was 18 k. And had Arabic writing on it. The one they gave me back has a design on the top and it's scratched up and bent up. To make it worse, it doesn't even look like REAL GOLD! I'M SUING THEM!!! I ALREADY MADE A POLICE REPORT. IF THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO YOU TOO, SPEAK UP!!!! CALL THE POLICE AND SUE!!!

  Bought a 36mm Rolex president in the 2014 to 2015 timeframe, within a couple weeks took it to a certified Rolex dealer to have a standard servicing completed and it was identified as COUNTERFEIT! And told it was not a servicable watch. Upon return I was refunded, didn't keep the free watch winder either, made them keep it....in 2016 there was an attempted murder on my life and after escaping with a shattered skull, temple, and eye socket, managed to drive to the 6th precinct Detroit police for help, was denied for 20 minutes while asking repeatedly for an ambulance while telling them i could feel my cheekbone moving while holding my head. After a ct scan confirmation from Sinai Grace i wasn't able to reach an attorney. The following morning, nurses told me to leave and that there was no doctor there to see me. After calling and emailing several attourneys, i have yet to receive justice....this is Detroit, and Zeidman's should be paying.

  We were glad to be able to refund you for your purchase and take care of that situation. Zeidman's does not deal in counterfeit watches or any jewelry items. As far as your misfortune in 2016, that sounds terrible. Unfortunately, do not understand why that is on this post.

  Love it !! I have gotten my rings from here as well as a tablet & computer. They took great care of my things !!!!!! I could never go wrong with zeidmans at 2669 Gratiot ave. Must come thru Thank you for beening so loyal to me!!

  I will never pawn here again I wouldn't refer a crook to this place they are rude over the phone and in person. I just want to get my TV out and I have to pay 10 dollars on top of the lil change they let me get for the TV this 10 dollar fee is for a ticket that they take and rip up in front of your face. i told the manager as well as the employee I was going to come in and get my TV out Not pay an interest fee I explained to the employee out of nowhere catches an attitude and she tells me she is brilliant and I'm not (basically calling me dumb ) then she went on to state she wouldn't even pawn here the employee!!!!! I Will NEVER PAWN HERE AGAIN

  Went there to pawn and they tell my my instrument is worth $20. I was fine with that and asked them to look at a few other instruments. The guy comes out offering me $30 for everything. I'm like "ok cool". Then as i'm waiting on my money, they re-nig on me and tell me what i have isn't worth anything. Well where I feel i shouldn't have been given a price in the first place, but hey that's none of my business *sips tea* #badbusiness *P.S. This is not the first time I've endured a problem with them. On a separate occassion, i went to pawn a necklace that i thought was silver. It happened not to be and i asked the guy how to identify if it's real silver and he told me it should have small numbers. I found a pair of my earrings that were silver and went back to pawn them and guess what he tells me? We don't take silver. Why not tell me that when i brought the first necklace in? -_- i was going to let it slide but they continue to act stupid.
