  Lisa the Teller Supervisor was amazing. She spent over an hour helping me get my money back. I had 3,500 in limbo for almost 3 months and no one seemed to care until I got to her. If my review was solely based on her, it would be 5 stars. But company policies and procedures and the lack of care from a corporate perspective just for me to get my own actual money back was absurd. The company makes me feel like they don’t care whether I’m a customer there or not. I shouldn’t feel like I’m a burden to my bank. Lisa was the exact opposite of this and her commitment to genuinely caring about my money as if it were her own was refreshing. Need more like her and less like majority that I come across when I have Aaron Butler

  Motorcity co-op detroit location is the best by far. The tellers there, are respectful and always has a smile on their face when dealing with members. They treat you as if you were family and i will continue to bank with them and refer others. Thanks to Shanellver , Ms. Lisa, La'donna and Raymond you guys rock

  They approved a loan I never should have been eligible for now I have a financially crippling debt I can't get out of. As you can see from the response it is a no win situation.

  My family has been a member of this Crédit union. Back when it was Craftsman Credit union. And alot of people don't and didn't know that this was even a Credit union. Because of how it sits on Mack near Gratiot.

  The only reason why i gave this establishment 1 staris because i had to i am unable to talk to anyone about why i cant activate my card.i havent been able to use my debit card since i recieved it and im unable to get a live person on the phone to find out the reason four thumbs down!!!

  Very unhelpful,I had a company take money out of my accout 2 times against my approval and I was told theres nothing they can do about it!
