  Worst banking experience ever. This location is by appointment only but they don’t have a personal number to call. So you’re on hold for ever just to try to get an operator to switch you over to them. They never answer the phone. You can’t withdraw too much money off your debit card no matter what’s in your account. The atm shorts you sometimes. You’re better off dealing with a prepaid debit card or cash app.

  Worst bank I’ve ever had. Closed my account and went to a different Credit Union. Would NOT recommend this bank to anyone.

  There's really no perks to banking here other than convenient walking distance. The new credit union I joined process is my payroll check two days earlier than this place does. And it's also really inconvenient you can't even withdraw any money until the bank opens even if you have an ATM card. I feel they should offer more perks to keep customers.

  They are extremely shady they have denied me of a personal loan when I have had a few before with A+ payment history and then I applied for one to day and they denied me for lack of payment proformance when of the last 2 loan and my credit card have all been A+

  This got to be a 1 in a life time thing they ATM short me 40$ i went in to explain the situation and they where rude and told me to call a hotline they refused to give me a number to a supervisor it was just crazy...

  They were very rude to me, I asked a question and the teller yelled at me. I'll stick with the location on fort st they are nice and very helpful.

  I like baking with Zeal but I hate this location.. the need to step their game up.
