      DFCU is the absolute worst bank you could possibly choose. Their app is trash, they close at 5 everyday and if you do call during business hours, you'll spend an hour on hold. Even though I opted out with my debit card, they've charged me 100s of dollars in overdraft fees. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

      This is the worst bank I have ever attempted to work with. I've only had my account for a year and have had nothing but problems with this place authorizing bad payments and charging fees immediately after that they "can't" reverse. NOTE Their overdraft protection is designed to protect the merchant, not the account holder. So by default if your account is low, instead of them declining like a regular bank, they'll decline and charge you a fee. If you get their "protection" they'll allow the merchant to overdraft you... and still charge you a fee on top. Who's getting protected here?

      If I could give this place 0 stars I would !! I have been a member for 4 years !!!!! During these four years they have done nothing by try anyway to take extra money from my account, such as overcharging me DOUBLE! Randomly canceling my debit/credit card or puts 24 hour holds on without letting me know. Ended up with no gas at 1am because my card wouldn’t work one night (for no reason lol) I couldn’t get myself gas after work and was stuck. Please take my advice take your money else where !!!!

      I have been a member for years, have not ever received any of the dividend sharing they advertise, I am charged to pay my bills on line, I pay to use my debit card at some other DFCU institutions and now they have just suspended the in line bill pay with no notice to their customers. Time to move to another credit union

      I do not like the Test ATM at the Garden City location. It's a real inconvenience to go through the drive through ATM and then have to make 2 lefts to park and go in for change for the 100.00 bills it gives out. It will be easier to move my money to Chase where you have a choice!!!
