      After waiting the required 28 days, I took in a noterized affidavit regarding my daughter's death. They said the legal department had to review it and would call me on Monday or Tuesday. Well, it is now Wednesday December 22nd and no call. Also, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for over a half hour.

      This is my favorite Credit Union since 1995 , been a member 26 years! Been with them almost 30 years in 4 years! In January 2022 I'll be a member 27 years since 1-13-1995!

      I’ve been coming to this bank for three years and have never had any issues, all of the employees at this location are amazing! Your new employee Kayla could really use some help with her customer service skills though. Serious attitude for no reason.

      I hate this bank. Zeal is the worst bank ive ever dealt with. I am so upset I chose them to bank with. I called member services today and the stupid lady i talked to had a bunch of reasons its my fault that they charged me a bunch of little 1 or 2 dollar fees to my account. Im so irritated right now. Screw this bank.
