      It’s a reason why this bank isn’t as big as Chase or Bank of America.. False promotion and Bad customer service!! Find a bank that appreciate you when dealing with YOUR Money. Key bank won’t last. I wish I could give no stars on this review.

      Edit: 1/5 stars. they replied to my message on here asking for more information. Supplied the information, no reply. I imagine there trying to save face. Got my hopes up This bank destroyed me during financial and emotional crisis. My father died, I was working 70 hours a week supporting my mother, when I had a series of auto payments deducted. I thought everything was in the positive.. Nope there app doesn't give up to date information consistently, 10 overdrafts posted 3 days after it said I had money in the bank, never went negative on the app, or website. But all the information hadn't processed. $250* instantly drained from my check that had posted. Called explaining my situation asking for just a few to be deducted, so I could eat for the week, nope not a cent.... After rent I was left with $11.00* in the bank on payday from a $900.00* check. 4 months later and another $1200.00*. I was $700.00* negative. All credit cards maxed, 3 and late on rent. Cars no longer working. I closed the account the second I got a positive balance. If you live paycheck too paycheck, definitely not the bank for you. One tragedy, and they will pick you apart, till there's nothing left. They'll reverse a charge one time on your account. Poor programming, and management, 0 humanity. 2 stars, when your not broke there vary helpful. *All amounts have been rounded up or down, to tht best of my knowledge. I cancelled my accounts. Couldn't afford to work for 1/2 my pay rate.

      I’ve banked at many different places over the years and I can honestly say that KeyBank overall is my worst experience. They’re not customer driven— they’re profit driven and it shows. I’ve noticed this through every branch I’ve visited, the call center, and their online banking tools. Anytime I’ve called asking a question or needed additional information regarding my account they’ve let me down. It seems like the only times I was able to actually get help is if I even slightly showed interest in another one of their products (mortgage, loan, etc). Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly suggest others to do so.

      Bad customer service, don’t let them tell you the manager will have to give you a call back because they won’t return the call. Really considering closing my account here. So rude.

      Horrible customer service, low budget bank. Stuff make you wait. I opened an online checking account and made a direct deposit and went over to the branch to verify information and they ordered me a debit card which I received few days ago only to notice that they have close my account. I called them to ask why they said I didn't verify my identity. What a garbage bank!

      Stay away. Branch manger Najla appears to be only interested in making money for her branch and not interested in helping customers. When you encounter problems with your account, you'll have to work with the 1-800 national customer service phone reps. You've been warned.

      I wish I did not have give 1 star to them. DON'T BANK WITH THEM THEY ARE VERY RACIST ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH. I WILL BE UPLOADING VIDEO AND RECORDING TO SHOW PROOF ON YOUTUBE AFTER I SUE. DON'T BANK WITH THEM.
