  TCF Bank is not only close to my house but open on Sunday which is a plus. The employees that work here & or transfer to another location have treated me top notch for many years. Branch Manager Karen always greet me by my name for the years I've known her. At times she goes out of her way to help others. A fantastic individual. Manage Jennifer is just another example of "true professionals". This is why I do my banking here.

  Love the manager and the staff. Always handling what needs to be done. Very nice to deal with. Way better than other branches I've visited.

  I've always had great service at this bank . Everyone is friendly and helpful . But during this corona trouble , I thought the bank was to stay open . I had to use drive thru even though I walked . And nobody would help me . I was forced to use the ATM , when I didn't want to . That was frustrating . I still like this bank though .

  Service at this branch is always extra slow. Staff is courteous but I hate coming here. It's convenient because it's close to work but I've pulled up several times in drve-thru with no one waiting, and it still took over 10 minutes just to make a deposit. I only come here if it's absolutely necessary because they are never quick.

  They're usually nice to me , but when i used the drive thru lane , i informed her that i never used the drive thru lane , she then asked if (SIR are you ok?) Ummm i never used the drive thru option before

  Not helpful not only is money missing from my account for a canceled item on amazon but even shown of proof of canceled item and the amazon repesentive on the line saying money was never recieved no money was ever refunded back to my account and noone was willing to help. I'm done with this bank

  This place is always closed early, or closed on days and times they should be open. Some of the workers in here are very passive aggressive, just because they don't wanna do it. Thinking of leaving this bank.

  Very helpful, knowledgeable in many areas of banking, friendly and very comfortable bank. Jennifer helped me on several occasions, she went over and above to help me.

  Love this bank, even though I referred like 3 people and I still didn't get my 25$ for each. They are fast and I be in an out.
