  Absolute worst experience! The loan officer I worked with seemed to lacked knowledge and experience. It was as if he was completely unfamiliar with the process. Every question asked and every step in the transaction had to be discussed with his manager before he could respond. Whenever he did respond without checking with someone first the information never proved to be accurate and caused further delay.The sense of urgency and attention to the loan was very low. I was even told that since the home being purchased was a lower priced home,the loan was at the bottom of the pile and would not be given the same level of priority as other loans. When I spoke with other members of the office, they all displayed the same lack of urgency and lack of care to get the file closed in a timely fashion.This transaction was a nightmare and full of broken promises. Needless to say, we never closed this loan. I most definitely would not recommend them to anyone else.

  Stay away unless you want to be insulted. I had one simple question and it was a very busy day for me. I heard about Gerard' s education and how he meditated twice a day. He still couldn't answer my question. He asked if I had too much coffee. I ended our conversation when he asked me if I knew what si meant in Spanish.

AND CHECKING YOUR CREDIT EVERY WEEK TO SHOP FOR A LOAN. THIS ORGANIZATION ALSO HAS A NEW JUNIOR UNDERWRITING EVERY WEEK, THE SALES PERSON ANDREW AND RANDA (SR.UNDERWRITER) JUST SCAM PEOPLE TO CHARGE PEOPLE UNSUSPECTING FEES/LOWERING YOUR CREDIT SCORE. EVERY WEEK YOU ARE FAXING/SUBMITTING THE SAME PAPERWORK ENDLESSLY TO JUST GET RIPPED OFF AND HAVE YOUR CREDIT SCORE LOWERED TO AN ENDLESS OUTCOME!!!.THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PLACED OUT OF BUSINESS! !!.I WILL ADVISE TH ED MEDIA/BBB OF LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA. AND HOUSING AUTHORITIES OF THESE GREAT SCAM ARTISTS!!.IF YOU DON'T PAY THEM OUTRAGEOUS UNDERWRITING FEES/COMMISSIONS. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT AND YOUR LIFE!!!!PLEASE DO NOT SOLICIT OR CONDUCTED ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE LOW LIFE SHARKS THEY ARE HORRIBLE! !
