  I can't speak highly enough of Zach! He was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing or where to even begin, but Zach was always so kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and was always there for my late night texts, early morning emails and endless questions.   There isn’t an agent in Southern California I could recommend more than Zach. He was in constant communication with us every step of the way, and constantly surpassing our expectations with his diligence and customer care. My wife and I ended up having a nightmare scenario of a previous house owner not following through on final paperwork, and I can honestly say we wouldn’t have completed escrow without Zach’s 110% effort. Not only did he stay in constant contact and provide exceptional customer care, he was a hard working and honest professional that anyone would be lucky to have on their team. Just one story of character: once the sale was finalized and completed, Zach arrived early to the house to move all of the previous owner’s furniture out just to make a perfect handover for us on move-in day.   Where do we begin. Zack and his team sold our home by using technology and an amazing video. It sold well above the asking price in one weekand with multiple offers. Then Zack referred us to a lender that got us a 30 yr loan at 2.375. To top it off, Zack found us the most amazing home... our dream home. Zack negotiated the price to well below asking price. The man performs miracles with the use of hard work, knowledge and sharp clothes. Thank you Zack.
