  Attention Please! If you are looking for a Mortgage specialist that works for you and with you, look no further than Tony and his Team! My fiancé and I are first time home buyers! We had no idea what to expect or where to start when it came to buying a house until I miraculously got in touch with Tony! He was able to answer all of my questions several times over with the patience of a Saint. His team made sure everything was handled in a timely manner and kept me posted with each step what the next move would be. If you have no experience in buying a home I highly recommend these amazing people. My home buying experience was smoother than cream cheese on a bagel.   Working with Tony was amazing! From the very first phone call, Tony listened to what we wanted and he gave us all the options and helped us make the best and most informed decision. We ended up applying for a USDA loan and through Tony's help got an even lower rate than we expected! The process was smooth and the weekly updates kept us in the loop all the way from pre approval to the closing table. We would highly recommend Tony and his team to anyone looking for financing when buying a house.

  OMG, I love Tony and his crew! They have kept us calm with all the tribulations of the title company threw at us. We started at the end of May of 2020 with them and they did their absolute best to get us financed quickly and with a good rate. Unfortunately the Title company was not as quick, so we had to apply more than once and each time, they held my hand and got us through it and finally we are in our forever home. You can't go wrong with Mortgage Specialist, FL.
