  We recently sold our house through Rick Kendrick, North Palm Beach real estate agent. I can highly recommend them. They were efficient, professional and excellent at communicating with us on every aspect of the process. Always helpful if we had any questions and go back to us with answers quickly. My husband and I are so grateful to Jen and Rick. We sure miss them. In the long run, they found our perfect home near our grandchildren and we couldn't be happier.   Rick Kendrick is one of the most caring, and understanding professional we know! He was faced with a significant challenge of selling our 3 story townhome. Although the home was in great condition, and we were the original owners, due to the three stories, it was a difficult task. We already purchased a new home under construction and it was getting near time we needed to have our home sold. Rick is as though you have a close relative in the business. We would highly recommend Rick and his staff to handle all of your real estate needs.

  Rick and his team really did a great job in helping us to find our townhome. He was recommended by my relative and he really did a nice job listening to what we wanted.   Chasewood Realty and the Rick Kendrick Team really helped me when I came to town. I did not know the area very well and was trying to decide between the west and east coast of Florida. We are boaters and so was Rick so he knew all about the waterways, bridge clearances and fishing. I highly recommend them.
