  Is there an "extra-excellent" category? I wish there was because Christian is top-notch in his field, always providing the best financial advice to his clients. We hear nothing but great things about him from his clients, and they love his hard-working, common sense approach. There's no surprise that he is a leader in the mortgage industry in Juniper, FL and the surrounding areas!

  everything went super smooth, after months of setbacks with a previous lender, I switched to Christian Penner. I worked with Mary, and Rachel. They were very responsive and helpful, and were able to get everything taken care of and closed on my house in about 20 days.

  I have worked with Christian in the past and he is a great resource when you are looking into buying your first home. I would highly recommend Christian to anyone starting the home buying process. You really need to start with Christian because he will put a specific plan together for you!
