They were efficient, professional and excellent at communicating with us on every aspect of the process. Always helpful if we had any questions and go back to us with answers quickly.   We want to thank all that Rick and Jennifer did to help us and for all they did when we purchased our home in North Palm Beach. We have never had a better experience when dealing with a real estate office. Both were professional, courteous and extremely responsive. I would even text Rick at 7 am and in the evenings and he would respond immediately. Rick handled a difficult negotiation with a difficult client (me) and got the job done. Even when it appeared the deal died because of price, Rick resurrected the negotiations. Jennifer took care of the details after the contract was signed, and before closing and was on top of everything. When I asked a question, she had an answer within a day. Even after we closed, Rick and Jennifer have continued to respond to our questions in an extraordinarily timely fashion. The team deserves 5 stars…and higher, if it were available. They are incredible team, and did an incredible job to make our buying experience as fluid and as painless as possible.   My family was trying to relocate to Florida and we had been shown houses using another realtor while on vacation last year. As the time got closer to us moving and buying a home, I could never get a hold of that other realtor. I then had another realtor who contacted me, emailed me about 5 houses, and then never contacted me again. Rick contacted me and emailed me pictures of new houses daily. We then set up a time to see houses in person. We picked a house to buy and he was with us every step of the way. He also had our best interest at heart and actually seemed to care about us. He even contacted us afterwards to make sure we were settling in ok. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. He and the people he work with are friendly, helpful, and just plain awesome!
