  Fast and easy refinancing with best rate. We recently refinanced our primary home and investment property with Your Home Now. They were easy to work with and offered the best rate around, we shopped for a rate with several other companies and banks. They provided clear information on their rates and fees upfront, and patiently answered all our questions. Closing was easy with no surprises. Would absolutely use them again

  I obtained a mortgage through Your Home Now in early May of 2019, and the customer service I received was excellent! I worked alongside David Linn and Katherine Garcia in this process, and explained that I was nervous making such a huge step. They took time with me in person and over the phone to explain each and every step along the way of this process, and made sure I was 100% comfortable before moving forward with any decisions.

  Wow how I wish I had read these reviews before giving Katherine Garcia my social and all of my information. This company is extremely shady, she ran my credit report only to tell me that my DTI ratio was a bit high but that she can work with me to help me lower it. She said she would send me an email with the next steps to take as well as my credit report that she had just ran. I never heard from her again and I've tried calling her but all my calls are directed to voicemail which leads me to believe that she blocked my number. I am disgusted by this and as a first time home buyer, this has really left a sour taste. Wish I could give 0 stars, do not be fooled into giving them your information.

  I engaged YourHome Now to finance my investment property. I received a very competitive rate and the staff was very supportive in getting my package ready. Getting a loan is a very involved process and they made it easy for me.

  This was my first time processing a loan request for a home and I was a bit overwhelmed at first. I didn't realize everything that goes into buying your first home, but Kathy Garcia was patient and diligent in following up with me throughout the entire process.   Very shady company! They will feed you lies that you are approved to make you spend money to be close to closing date to say can't make it work! Very disgusted! Do not trust the Orlando office with David Linn and Katherine Garcia! Find another loan company quick.

  Their communication sucks, when this is something you have no idea about. You can reach out as much as possible & you’ll be ignored. They just give you excuses to just get them by. I’m very disappointed in this experience being I’m a first time buyer & I have no Idea what to do. They make you feel like they got your back & will go above an beyond for you at the beginning then they completely fail you. Do not recommend!!! Very very shady

  I was looking for a home in East Orlando but have bad credit, Katherine sat with me for over and hour and made a plan for me to fix my credit and even followed up with me periodically. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received.
