  I recommend anyone with quality jewelry that they no longer wear to take it to Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange and ask for Jonathan Talley. Jonathan was very patient, knowledgeable and fair. He gave me a good price for my jewelry and he was helpful as I looked in the display cases for replacement jewelry.

  Nancy is the best! When my engagement ring was stolen, she went above and beyond to help me with a replacement. Not only was she helpful and caring, but she made everything happen smoothly. We were able to design a custom ring to match my original set, and quickly put an end to a terrible ordeal. I wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry.

  Our experience was not at all what we were expecting. We wanted to sell some very expensive pieces of jewelry. The offer they came back with was insulting. All they wanted to pay for was the value of the gold, the stones of the items were not even considered in the price. We brought appraisals and that did not matter either. We might as well have went to a pawn shop anywhere and received the same prices. They may portray themselves to be upscale but from my experience it was far from it.

  Love this place! The people couldn’t be nicer and the prices are excellent. They have beautiful things that you won’t find everywhere. I have both purchased and sold items and I have always been very pleased. Nancy searched everywhere to have an antique ring enlarged so it would not be damaged or the work obvious. It was done so beautifully that it is impossible to tell how it was enlarged. I will not look for jewelry anywhere else. If they don’t have it, they will find it!

  Karen and Jesse are incredible. I been going there for the last 6 years. Got my first Rolex there and other watches throughout the years at very good prices. One of my favorite stores in the whole DMV. Like family.

  My first time visiting the store today, which required an appointment and COVID rules were definitely being taken serious as my temperature was taken before entering the facility, amazing. I also was able to get a great deal on trade-in’s and purchasing. I highly recommend and will be revisiting in the near future. I’m enjoying my purchases.

  I've purchased jewelry, sold jewelry, and taken in several repairs to TWJE and have been extremely happy in all capacities. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and demonstrate utmost professionalism. The quality of merchandise is beyond compare. I'll never shop for jewelry anywhere else! I highly recommend.

  Tysons Watch & Jewelry was the ideal place for me to sell a few jewelry items that I no longer used. I was not sure if the items were worth anything and Nazy worked with me patiently going through everything I brought in. She was a joy to work with. I was pleasantly surprised how much my items were worth. The whole team there was welcoming and easy to talk with.
