      I worked with John Wayne! Who made the whole experience awesome! I am a single mother and I work multiple jobs and my car died on me out of no where. Anyways, needless to say John helped me get in to affordable car payments on a great car with no down payment and I drove it home that same day! He was awesome! Thanks John!!!

      I was dreading hitting a car lot to shop for a new car, but was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Youngblood Nissan today! Everyone was professional, courteous, helpful, and just plain nice. Gotta love that! We definitely need more niceness in this world. My salesguy, TJ, was uber helpful and exceedingly patient with all my questions and indecisiveness about options, color, etc. The whole buying experience today, from start to very finish, was seamless and pleasant.       This was my third time in life shopping for a vehicle. This go around I visited five dealerships and returned to Youngblood after a shopping experience with Ted Acup that clearly couldn't be beat. I never once got the sleezy, stereotypical car salesman feel from Ted or Jesse Moorefield, another salesman who assisted quite a bit in the sale. Over three days there were a lot of test drives and one visit specifically to test how well my dogs fit in the vehicles I was considering. Ted & Jesse worked as a team answering questions and encouraging me to sleep on my decision so that when I was ready, I was comfortable and confident in my decision.

      I have bought 2 Titans from here and talked my mother in-law into going here. She got a new 2016 Altima and less then 20,000 miles she comes out for a oil and tire service with a $436.85 bill. She says she was not told of any extras until it was done and time to pay. She is a sharp lady for 70 plus so I believe her , however the service advisor says she is mistaking. I fill he took advantage of her and our family will no longer do business here.

      If i could give 0 stars I would. talk about pressure sales. They made a fake invoice and didn't honor Trucar prices and they are a Trucar dealer. I probably spent 20 hours there over 5 days and nothing got accomplished. They lied and said they couldn't get the car I wanted in a dealer trade until I went on my phone and showed them 9 within 100 miles. Lies, Lies, lies. Worst car buying experience ever. Left and got a car with a 695$ option extra and about 200$ less at Don Vance in Marshfield. It was worth the drive.

      We have bought our last 7 cars from Youngblood Auto Group. We don't even bother with visiting other dealerships. We have come to trust in Youngblood's integrity. Jon James and Greg Scott were our salesmen. Our search started on-line and Greg was quick to reply and answer questions about the car we had seen on-line. We worked with both Jon and Greg when we got to the car lot. Both men were knowledgeable and helpful. As our purchase lasted 2 hours past closing , Jon stayed and helped with getting the car ready and at 10:00 at night personally connected this grandmother's phone to the car's blue tooth. It was service above and beyond. Sean Mabins helped with our financing. He is both personable and professional. Sean was also there 2 hours past closing, but his dedication to helping his clients was foremost concern. He made sure we understood all the options possible as well as all the paperwork itself. Sean is a wonderful example of Youngblood's integrity in action. We have also recommended Youngblood's to family and friends and they have not been disappointed.

      I tried to make it very easy for them. I told them my budget and what I wanted to spend. They kept showing me cars that were out of my price range and not listening to a word I said. Also kept trying to run my credit before I even agreed on a car and a price. Didn't want to give me fair price on my trade either until I demonstrated my ability on researching the trade value myself on KBB. Then they were all about changing their offer. Strange how that works.

      Had a salesman that was very nice and helpful and we asked for some more info on a Nissan. When he was gone to gather the info, some chubby little guy came at us and asked if we had been helped. Regardless of our answer he starts talking and aggressively trying to sell us on a car. He wouldn't leave us alone, so we finally just walked away mid conversation.

      Flawless and easy! TJ took care of me beginning to end. Fair value for my clunker. Got the exact car I wanted, added the tint and ground lighting I asked for. Very accommodating while you wait. Wifi, tv and snacks. Kept waiting for the other shoe to fall but it never did. Brought my car in for the tint, they gave me a loner. Service team is great too, while it was in they noticed an airbag light was on so they fixed that while it was in. It was the second car I bought from them and you can bet in a few years I'll be back.
