  I filed my taxes for 2021 there it was a older fellow and I went back to check with them it was a lady and she didn't let me check for anything or let me verify if i had received my 3rd stimulus check she was clueless and didn't even let me explain and said I needed to pay 150 to see what I filed for when I had filed with them never filing with them such sadness of a business

  Went last year for my taxes and loved the lady! She was so great and super nice ! She’s not their this year but went in with my sister in law. And they were super nice to her. Good prices and fast timing to! If you wanna get your taxes done go here !

  Went there last year the old lady in the corner I think her name was Brenda. She had NO knowledge of what she was doing.! I was there 2 hours and still didn't finish. I took my paperwork and left promising NEVER to return. I wouldn't recommend getting your taxes done there!

  Sorry you had a poor experience with Brenda. She has decided to retire and is no longer working in our offices. She was a new preparer in 2019 and had several computer challenges. Please contact Jennifer, the franchise owner, for discussion on how we can gain your patronage again.

  After giving a 5 star review I have come to a point where I need to be honest. They totally screwed me over on taxes this year. So many mistakes that it needed to be amended and I had to pay the state back money because of it and they only thing offered was oh well come back next year and get 30% off. Um no freaking thank you!!!! I will not go back nor will I refer anyone ever to use Liberty Tax. Please be careful if you use the Burley location such a huge mistake on my taxes that it also affected my sons father when he filed his.
