  My fiancée and I decided to move back to California after being away for a couple of years. A friend of ours recommended Yosef as a great realtor, as he helped his process of both selling and buying a home. Buying a home is sooo tough, let alone doing it from a different state. We met with Yosef over zoom and explained all of our expectations and wishes. He was our eyes and ears in the process of buying our dream family home remotely. He did a wonderful job! He really took the time to understand us, he asked questions and he really made us feel heard. Also, he was very quick to answer all of our queries. Even when we asked the same thing multiple times, he was patient and found ways to explain it to us. We did several virtual tours, and he took us through each and every small detail in each house. In the process, he made all valuable notes about upgrades, materials, work that needs to be done, etc. And when the time came for sending offers, he took the time to go over every detail of a competitive offer, gave us realistic outcomes, and friendly advised us along the way. He never, not once, made us pressured to make a decision we weren’t completely sure of. We gave a couple of feedback and changes we did in our preferences, and he just made it happen.

  Yosef is most definitely well above the rest in the Lomita Real estate industry. Friendly, professional, educated, responsive and overall a pretty pleasant person. He always was straightforward and didn’t sugar coated things for me. A bad roof is a bad roof, no matter how much I liked the big windows. And I really appreciate his honesty; it saved me a lot of time and money. I was able to find the perfect home shortly after. This is the guy you need if you want to trade with properties in Lomita.
