  I just want to say thank you to Sylvia Alamillo she has best customer service and cares for her customers and she tries different ways to get you approval for loans and credit cards!!! She is very attentive and friendly and responds on time and with good answers Highly recommend kinecta..

  Leo helped me open an account and was extremely helpful! Wells Fargo was being uncooperative so decided to open an account here and they were able to set me up with exactly what I needed

  I had a moderately difficult request to change the family trust's trustee. I walked in without an appointment and the staff not only answered my questions, but offered to take me in as a walk-in appointment if I came in later that day with the proper documents. When I returned, Daniel Garcia took the time to a walk me through the process as well as clarify the potential pitfalls with the Trust department over the phone. Safety procedures are followed and fairly applied to all customers. I felt safe and unrushed when going into the safe deposit boxes at an earlier date. At that time as well, I had involved questions that the staff took the time to clarify and answer for me. Although this is not my primary bank, whenever I have family business and need to navigate my family's legacy and investment needs my expectations are always exceeded. I am grateful for this team as they always make the difficult easier with kindness and patience.

  I love my credit union. But please let us know if you don’t have ATMs in certain places. This is the first time I saw the atm inside the establishment. And it closes at 2pm on weekends. But that’s fine, I’ll drive down the street. Just wish there was a heads up. Edit**** I feel stupid hahaha you have to slide your card to open the door for the atm lol 😂

  Sara at the Torrance location has been great! I had a tough time fixing an issue but she was very patient and helpful. She got it all sorted out and was very communicative. Really appreciated her going out of her way! Staff here is always attentive. Thanks a lot!

  Staff is always helpful and attentive. I usually go there to make my loan payments. I highly recommend Kinecta for all your financial needs. They also have the best rates on loans.

  Got there right at closing time, but they didn't rush to lock the door. Made my deposit and didn't have to wait until Monday.

  I have been a happy member of Kinect for years up until now and all thanks to the negligence of this branch. I was advised one day here to open up a second savings account to place my sum of savings in to generate a bigger return out of it, or so I was told. My original savings account had overdraft protection to protect my checking account from going negative. For some reason the rep who advise me to open up the second savings account did not ask me if I also wanted this new account to have overdraft protection. Forward two and half years and I go negative on my checking account 6 times!! I know I should keep track of my accounts which I always do, but I also got a new phone and it was giving me issues with my Kinect app, it had me locked out even after I unlocked it. I never worry about going negative because of my protection plan which has no savings in it because I moved all my savings to my new account that I was advised to open. I call corporate and they send to talk to the branch and tell my story. I go to the branch and the manager leaves and tells me that the financial advisor can help me. The financial advisor tells me he can only waive 1 out of the 6 overdraft $30 fees. I am so disappointed right now. I have more than enough to cover all fees and expense on my second savings account which I was "advised to open by this incompetent rep that represents this branch and Kinecta. I have been lied to, mislead and Kinecta broke the trust I use to have with them. I will be looking into taking my business elsewhere, maybe Wescom.

  Horrible customer service. this branch tried to keep a deposited check for 2 weeks without letting their client withdraw the funds. The client wasn't given a good reason why, and we had to file a complaint with their headquarters to get anything done about it. Stay away.
