  We were in search of our dream home with an ocean view and with Paul’s guidance and expertise we were moved in within fours months! We were referred to him by our realtor as someone that was creative with access to products that the big banks couldn’t provide. We did a cash out refi which provided a down payment for the new home. Up until the close of escrow Paul was always open to calls and texts. He provided multiple scenarios around our financial needs and constraints. Most importantly he is extremely patient and very personable. He’s easy to talk to, with no pressure to make a move until you’re comfortable. Obviously, I highly recommend Paul for any of your lending needs!

  My wife and I used Paul Popovich as our Loan Officer in the purchase of a residential property. We could not have asked for better service than what was provided by Mr. Popovich. Whenever we had a question, Mr. Popovich promptly answered our question and his response was always easy to understand. One of things that we were most appreciative of Mr. Popovich's service was that he was proactive throughout the loan process instead of reactive. For instance, I had only been at my job for under a year, but he confirmed early in our loan process that we could use my salary along with my wife's salary in qualifying for a loan that was more than we originally requested.
