  Ha ……this place is a joke. Put a loan in for my company and this black lady called and said it was too much . With no explanation or anything and hung up on me . Including the Hispanic lady that works the front desk….typical I guess down in that part of Louisiana

  Thrilled with banking here. Very easy, latest online, on celluar banking. Can even FaceTime a representave from my cell. We have switched both personal and business banking. Completely satisfied.

  I am only giving this credit union 2 stars because not all of the workers there are rude like "chris" or "Kris", however you spell her name. I understand people have bad days because who doesn't? However, if you lack customer service as a teller you should not work there. I simply asked her to check my balance as I am joint account holder, but I did not have my member number. She said she could not do anything about it. So asked her there is no other way to access my account? And she was like what do you not understand? I am sorry, but that is just completely rude. How can an establishment have a person who speaks to their customers like that work there. Like I said before everyone has bad days, but as everyone knows in the customer service industry, you do not take it out on your customers. It shows lack of professionalism.

  Everyone is so nice and very accommodating. They recognized me and I like that. Very quick to help ig a problem arises. I would never go back to a "Bank" that's for sure! Love my CU!

  Xplore is one of the best credit I ever enjoyed doing business with i been with Xplore when it was shell credit union and never had any problems with either one they are exceptional and have very good employees with excellent customer service
