  I should have found this company a long time ago, I had own many previous property and I had experiences many bad services to each lender/mortgage funding. This company employed outstanding associates, they delivered what they promised. I was so grateful I found this company that processed my refinance loan. I highly recommend this company especially to all veterans, you can trust each associates to your loan.

The initial conversation she provided to us in explaining the advantages, processes we would encounter, the service she and her team would provide to walk us through each step, and the end result we could expect was done with total professionalism and integrity. Every conversation I had with Colby always ending with me thinking, “What a great customer service provider she is!” Once we were ready to go to work, she turned us over to her teammate, Meagan Allen. Meagan Allen – Account Manager Meagan turned out to be the consummate professional. Her knowledge of the refi process, her work ethic, her calm demeanor and positive attitude, plus her keen sense of attention to detail were most impressive. In the past, what has been a very difficult and an arduous task, she accomplished for us smoothly, quickly and well. And ultimately…one her best qualities was her personality.   I really enjoyed working with the team at Griffin Funding on my recent VA IRRRL (VA loan refinance). They provided me with a great rate and from the moment we made contact until the loan closed it was about 3 total weeks. The only reason that I did not give them 5 stars was the title company selected by Griffin for us to use (Fidelity National). That was a $hiT show of a company to work with. But, the team at Griffin worked with us to help make sure the loan closed on time, as promised, and we are ultimately happy for the outcome.

  This is an easy review to give. They masterfully navigated me through the (document intensive) process of refinancing. Not an easy business model to make seamless, but Griffin funding did and got me a great rate to boot! Their customer service was on point and they were there to answer all my questions regardless of what hour of the day it was. John and Lexie: You guys were a pleasure to work with.
