  Ritchell was very professional. She also was thorough and gave good advice in previewing loan documents before she arrived to be sure I understood what was on the documents and to see any incorrect information. I heeded her advice and saw there were corrections that were needed. I was able to get them corrected before the signing and it prevented any potential delays of closing escrow.
