  No customer service at all. Have unpleasant experience with Stephanie Lumanlan. She is not even trying to make it nice. Basic customer service like Hello, Thank you, Good buy doesn't work at all. Their employees made mistake in our application and wasn't even simple sorry for our time we spent in location. Im in position to support local banks first but not anymore with MissionFed. Thank you Stephanie

  This place was very professional and quick to help, when i came in i was the only person waiting, doesnt look like the traffic is big on a monday afternoon. They took care of me withing the 2-3 minutes I walked. I like banking with mission fed because it is very simple no hassles ever no charges for having an account and no minimum either to have in their. If you enroll with Edocuments statements that when everything is free to bank with them I believe! Def my one and only favorite.very clean following all covid guidelines. Only 5 people allowed in at one tome too.

  This credit union used to be wonderful. My husband and I have multiple accounts and direct deposits going into one account. We also have 1099 income and deposit checks from a judiciary account, same checks we've been depositing for 12 years. Now apparently this credit union's policy has changed, and Mission Federal wants to put a ten-day hold on our checks which are drawn on an in-state account with Bank of America. This is absolutely ridiculous considering the fact that we've been depositing these checks for 12 years with no problems. Since this credit union has grown and opened up many branches, the customer service has gone downhill. My husband's been a member for 25 years.

  The polices at MFCU does not really take care of businesses. The business checks and credit card deposits take a few days to clear. At our old bank WF Bank has same day deposit and access. Sad, I have to go back to our old bank and do business there again. The people at MFCU are very nice and professional. Its all the policies that keep people away.

  Worst banking customer service. Don’t know how these people got hired at this bank. Terrible attitude. You ask them a question, they reply with another question. Totally disregard your concern and your question.

  I've never had a better bank (and I'm not young). They treat customers very well and have always resolved any problem to my full satisfaction. Five stars easily!

  My girlfriend was very sick and she gave me her mission fed card in order to get a money order for her rent. The bank refused to issue it to me because I'm not a member even though I had her card and pin and the could have called her. Terrible service stupid policy.

  Terrible customer service. Closed my account WITHOUT NOTICE delaying my pay by a month which will cause a family of 4 to be homeless. Disgusting lack of responsibility. DO NOT BANK HERE.
