Reza PourRad1I went to 3 different locations to find a branch that is actually open, only to find out they only have one teller. So between going to these locations and the line for one teller I ended up spending 90 minutes to cash a check... Is that the level of service you are offering BoA?

Marion Walker1Haven’t been to this location since Poway Rd office reopened. Now they are closed again. So coming here I noticed a complete interior remodel. Then an extremely long line. Could not see a teller, so I told the guy behind me to save my spot, walked to what was the front of the line around a corner, and found 1 teller station. Obviously, they want us all to do banking from there ATM machines, and/or their app. It’s all about saving money and having less employees. But, let’s spend lots of money on remodeling the place, because, you know, the customers who should be doing banking from home or ATMs need the bank to look new and up to date for WHO? The employees that are being let go one by one for corporate bonuses. So obvious!
Response from the ownerHi Marion. We apologize for any inconvenience during this difficult time of uncertainty. We remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial center to follow CDC and government guidelines. Please visit https://locators.bankofamerica.com/ for updated information regarding your local financial center. ^marty

Angela Lin1One working teller so that the line moves incredibly slowly. Only after two people in front of us complained did the manager open another teller window himself. However even after opening the second teller window, both tellers were blantenly and openly condensing and rude to the costumers in line. In addition, no apologies made for the slow line. Only rudeness to the remaining costumers after the outspoken ones left . Disappointed and astonished. Never had I've ever been so offended at the bank. We make it an effort to be understanding to the staffing shortage of these times. never once did the remaining costumers act rude to the staff, so the outright rudeness is uncalled for. 0 stars if I could. Going to fill an official complaint to their office.
Response from the ownerHi Angela. We value your business and are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team and would like to know more. Reece Cao1Only one working teller, on construction forever, EXTREMELY long wait time, not efficient at all, bad idea, EXTREMELY poor customer service. BOA is good, but this branch is NOT GOOD AT ALL. Don't come here.

Stephen Brodsky1This branch and BOA as a whole is a big rip off bank that encourages and helps companies auto-renew and debit your account without any scrutiny. They're the worst possible bank. Their customer service reps are VERY VERY RUDE and their bank officers are incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM BOA. I just went to US Bank where I got more attention in one day than I got in a whole year from Bank of Russia.

Pest Control Consultant1Don't go to this branch! This branch is rediculous. Basically only one teller working here and you will need to be waiting for more than an hour No matter what! Bad customer service! They don't care about customers at all!!!!
